Processing & shipping

Physical items are made by hand after you order. Nikkah contracts ship in 3–5 business days and resin trays take 1–2 weeks. Shipping time is added after that and shown at checkout.

International orders show prices in your local currency, with duties and taxes included at checkout. Digital products are delivered as a download after purchase.

Personalization tips

Please double-check the spelling of names, dates and any Arabic or Urdu text before you add to cart. For Nikkah contracts, we email you a digital draft to review before we print.

Returns & damaged items

All physical items are made to order and personalized, so they are final sale. Digital products are non-refundable once delivered. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at support@quboolcrafts.com right away and we will make it right.
