Shipping policy
Processing time
Every item is made by hand after you order. Please allow the following time for us to make and prepare your order before it ships:
- Nikkah contracts: 3–5 business days
- Mirror plates: 3–5 business days
- Resin trays: 1–2 weeks
- Digital products: instant download after purchase
Processing time is shown on each product page. For Nikkah contracts, processing begins once you approve your digital draft.
Shipping within the United States
We ship from Dallas, Texas with USPS. Shipping rates and estimated delivery dates are calculated and shown at checkout. Orders of $75 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Faster options such as Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express are available at checkout for an additional charge.
International shipping
We ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman and selected countries in Europe. International orders ship with DHL or FedEx, and rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.
International orders are processed through our partner Global-e, which acts as the seller of record for these orders. Prices are shown in your local currency where available, and duties and import taxes are included at checkout, so you will not be asked to pay extra fees when your order is delivered.
Tracking
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer. Packages that are refused or returned as undeliverable are not eligible for a refund.
Damaged or lost packages
If your order arrives damaged or tracking shows it is lost, contact us at support@quboolcrafts.com within 3 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date) and we will make it right. See our Refund Policy for details.
