Refund policy

All sales are final

Every Qubool Crafts item is made to order and personalized for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds on any order.

Digital products

Digital invitations, templates and song books are delivered as a download after purchase. Once a digital file has been delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded.

Check your details before you order

We make your item exactly as you enter it. Please double-check all names, dates, spellings and any Arabic or Urdu text before you place your order. For Nikkah contracts, we email you a digital draft to review before we print, and we print it exactly as approved. We cannot refund or remake an item because of a spelling or detail error that was in the order or the approved draft.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed, because we begin preparing your order right away.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered and approved, contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@quboolcrafts.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and the packaging. After we review your claim, we will send a replacement at no cost to you. If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Lost or undeliverable packages

If tracking shows your package is lost, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or an incorrect shipping address entered at checkout. Packages that are refused or returned as undeliverable are not eligible for a refund.
